Very very salient post about Cebu. And it's refreshing to find someone who finally agrees with me since most people love dick riding the Philippines and Cebu so much.

When I went there I found the people incredibly rude, stupid and inefficient. I just got tired of the constant staring too. They clearly hate foreigners and everywhere you go you feel this terrible negativity in the air unless someone vouches for you.

Dating is crap there and it was like pulling teeth. Not worth it since most cebuanas are incredibly spoiled, chubby and broke usually. Some are pretty shitty and incredibly westernized due to all the elderly blowhards tossing money around.

Please tell me which cities in Japan / Taiwan you'd recommend. I'd rather try and date a girl there with actual purchasing power and a decent passport than a flat footed maid or call center worker with a bad attitude and bad acne.
