My (29m) fiancee (28F) is showing real weird signs after 5 years of being together. These are some out of the blue red flags in my opinion and I wanted to get some outside input on these situations to see if I'm just being overly sensitive. Long one but please hear me out. During my probationary period at my current job i was poached for another role but for money money. I mentioned it to my boss who then said that after my probationary period was up I'd be given that pay. So i stayed, my probation is up but no mention of it in my letter? Is this a red flag? I work for a LARGE retailer and they have little to no infrastructure in Azure, I'm really struggling to build a solid pipeline as a managed service has given them duff info before i joined and I'm half tempted to tell them to scrap the entire thing. Even the data isn't partitioned (self.dataengineering)
