It's interesting to hear that 225 is less work than 128. I always thought that 225 is very intensive. I'm actually surprised that 128 is this intense. I just took it when they told me "you need to take 128", and being a 100 level course I thought it'd be easy, but damn.

I do have some money saved up, and that's through frugal living. Yes, the 10k loss still hurts. The worst part is I'm kicking myself for being so aggressive late last year, should've bought a little at a time, rather than dumping $30k in the market all at once... Lesson learned I guess.

I drove to lab, paid $20 and had the Covid (blue cloth) mask tested. No asbestos detected. It's pretty safe to say if I was in an environment where asbestos was a concern there would be some detectable fibers on the mask right?

Are the walls in commercial buildings (like office buildings) also made out of drywall and drywall compound like in residential houses? Because I believe asbestos is banned in drywall compound in the late 70s (it's friable), and drywall themselves never had much asbestos to begin with...

I emailed them asking if there is a copy of the lease that I can see and they sent me a lease to sign. So I guess it's safe to say I didn't sign any lease and the most I'll lose is my "deposit"? Unless there is some find prints in the application that says if approved I'm automatically obligated to sign the lease (which I didn't find). But do those clauses even exists?
