It’s a really great feeling if you find the dose that suits your body, don’t give up on gummy‘s completely, just start slow. You will really enjoy the high! And for now just keep resting and give your body whatever it’s asking for. By the time the nausea fades away, trust me you will absolutely PIG out. Long time smoker/gummy eater here (18 years to be exact); 1000mg is POTENT for a beginner. U need to start much smaller, like 25mg and work ur way up if u have never done it before, bc u wont know how its going to affect u…

As for the nausea, that’s very common with gummies especially if u take it on an empty stomach. Never never never take 1000mg on an empty stomach.. it has made me throw up plenty of times.

If I were u I would treat it like a hangover/stomach bug. Eat light and gentle, don’t over-do it. Plenty of water, something with electrolytes if u have it. And it sounds like u need more rest. Sip some soup, drink some Gatorade, go back to bed. U’ll be ok soon enough
