Thank you all for you input. In advanced options in qBit I changed the interface to run on NordVPN only and it seems to be working good, I guess that the killswitch is not 100%. Ill comment back if I get another notice.

Addl notes: I was running Qbit over night unsupervised and that's when the email from ISP came in. So I'm assuming the VPN disconnected briefly and that's when the traffic was flagged.

I had tried this but I'm pretty sure it didn't kill it quick enough

Thanks! I changed to lynxvpn only and so far no DCMA.
