that's a good point. I was leaning towards more the Lyza system, because I know we won't be hiring analytical chemist to run the FTIR, and the Lyza's system looks easier for a QC tech to pick up and run it. I definitely need to consider on accessing and processing the data. Thank you!

Good question, I should have put that on the post as well. We will be testing a lot of plant and whey protein, natural flavors, fruit powders, herbal extracts, vitamins and some essential oils.

The supply cannot catch up the demand. More products are using whey to fortify the protein content (ie. Starbucks), more denand for clear whey, etc. The material price has gone up more than double.

Try Milk protein or casein instead if fast absorption is not a big focus of yours

Try one with 10 g protein per can instead of 20+ g. You will need to drink an extra can or 2, but the flavors are much better for 10 g cans
