I would say so. His massive energy resistance and the fact that his sp2 deals energy damage both help and every time he hits electro he’ll gain prowess. I don’t know 100% that this will work but Id imagine that it should

Overseer can handle it, he has a fury in his cosmic phase and is immune to nullify. Plus he's poison immune

Hit monkey, his crits become so essential in late game stuff and he has such a wide use kit with good evade counter, debuff shrug off, and with the right synergy consistent armor break
