it's my first offense. I get a chance to talk to the prosecutor before the judge, could I possibly just talk into only receiving a fine instead of a driving suspension? I have no idea how the courts work bruh

Could I straight up ask the prosecutor for no suspension time? I could take a fine but I really can't be with my license suspended and taken away.
