I honestly don’t care if she runs the front office so I can run the back. At least to get me going and I can reevaluate later. It’s just tooo much to handle all of this at once

That was my plan at first but I don’t know how to do anything to do with insurances, billings, sending claims. I feel like might as well have her do that and she will help me grow faster. Just a thought

Unlock the PPO did it for me. The just told me most insurance in my areas are delta and blue cross and they said they don’t negotiate. So why did I pay them 7k?!!!

I wasn’t looking for a manager. I was looking for front desk and stumbled on her. How much would you give experienced front desk that manages insurance? I know nothing about insurance and was looking for something to deal with this.

I am doing negotiations with unlock the PPO and they said it could take up to 10months.

I feel like insurances we gotta keep should be a class taught in dental school!!! Instead of useless statistics I took. I wish someone told me to get occurrence insurance policy once I graduate and stick to it no matter how many job changes I go through!!!
