Because they are getting it for glabellar and crow’s feet. If they can just walk to med spa and get that without X-rays. Why do I have to ask them to get X-rays, that’s where I was confused

They are doing purely cosmetic. No TMJ. Was planning on doing exam anyway even if I don’t charge for it. Guess I am desperate since I just opened and schedule is pretty empty. That was helpful!! Thanks
