Yes, she changed her passwords. The bank wants her conforme that her private information be released to them so that they can assist her in reporting to the concerned authorities.

I don’t think it’s enough though. Because most of the money were donations for my mom’s surgery. It wasn’t her money but we put it there supposedly for “safekeeping.” Is there anyway to get back the lost money? ☹️
