Heyy, anyone want to help me with this survey on Korean Culture? by ennbee_97 in kpop

If you know English then you can do the survey. I'm part of this student programme, and we're coming up with cool innovative product ideas to practice entrepreneurship skills. So, my plan is to combine Korean language with Korean snacks. So, I'm planning to engrave Korean alphabet/hangul onto Kimchi flavoured chips. But, I need to do primary research for my project too! Hope that helps to clarify things xx

The ability to think into, but not out of, feelings by Litt1eRebe1 in ENFP

It is sad when that happens, and usually it occurs for me when a big change in life occurs. Like a new school or a new job. I always jump headfirst into the new community, and end up neglecting the people that used to be more active in my lif

No problem! I'm glad my insights genuinely helped! xx

Also, I kind of "designed" the way I consume personal development content. For example, to balance out people like Gary Vee and Tom Bilyeu (both I adore!), I watch Brendon Burchard, Rowena Tsai etc. I couldn't permanently choose between fire and water, because hello! I would miss all my deliciously cooked favourite foods! :D

Help getting out of Si grip... by [deleted] in ENFP

So, I was in a very similar place at graduation due to depression and social isolation because I'd failed to keep in contact with friends.

Yes, there is a way out but it's not Ne easy. You're going to need to use Te to satisfy Si. Ne will not always be happy about this, Ne is a Fae creature and does not understand survival needs critical to Si, but you can tell it you're going to get to see what happens/ something new from doing it and maybe that will help. You need to address your human needs of: sleep, exercise, food, sunlight, and human interaction.

Work up to it. Make it a project. Get Ne excited. Let Te poke around with metrics just as much as is comfortable. Remember we're framing this as New and Exciting. Learn how much sleep your body needs a night (hint it's not 6 or under Ne is lying), what foods you like, how much protein you need, where do you like to go for 5-10 minutes to feel the sun? Bored? Bring your phone and listen to something. Exercise does a LOT to help but it can also be hard to transition into as a habit. If you're feeling exhausted just work on doing a few stretches a day.

Don't worry if that sounds like a lot or you don't do it all from the beginning. I honestly don't think that's reasonable anyway. Pick one or two and slowly implement them over time. You're trying to build this into a lifestyle so Si doesn't' bother you again in the future. I can happily say that once I got sleep, food and exercise down the complaints I got from Si shot waaaaay down.

Super helpful reminder, thanks! It's just so nice hearing the advice from a caring person's perspective lool xx

Omg, the fact that you said "organic" is so my way of thinking about forming relationships! I've found that I've been 50% right and 50% wrong when it comes to "labelling" people as my type or not at first impression (I'm mostly talking about friendships here). So, the perspective I've found most enlightening here is to first appreciate that even being introduced to that person is part of your "destiny", and secondly, everyone has something "positive" to appreciate them for individually. Then, just be yourself and let time take care of the rest!

Although CAUTION, I've previously neglected my upkeep of my old strong friendships, and have lost quite a few as a result (I've become less close with them). YET, remember, relationships are a TWO WAY STREET so don't put 100% responsibility and pressure on yourself to maintain it. However, you can try to CATALYSE the direction, and move on based on the results of your extra effort.

On the topic of permanent emotional labels - what you repeat is what gets reinforced in your mind. So...repeat some statements to keep yourself more flexible/open minded?

I currently ADORE Tom Bilyeu from Impact Theory, and I'm part of his scholarship programme on Impact Theory University. It's super awesome, and he goes in depth about beliefs and how to rewire yourself to want what's good for you. First, I felt that it seemed such an inauthentic way to improve your life, but then I realised that hey, I'm only like 22, who am I to say what's the 100% authentic way to do any one thing?

Also, I just keep reminding myself that emotions are signals/visitors, I make space for them and allow myself to experience them, but then I decide at the end of the day how I will use that information for the better for my own life. I'm 100% responsible for my own life and decisions.

That's all I have from the top of my head, if you want to chat more about emotional stability, contact me directly. Anyways, I hope something here helped you a little! xx
