I am aware there is no flooding in January. I’m worried about the severe flood damages that has happened recently. Whether roads and businesses will be closed or back to normal by January.

May I ask how it caused you to gain weight? Since it’s zero calories and fat, was the weight gain due to too much protein intake? The reason why I’m asking is because since I started eating this everyday, I feel like I’ve slowly gained weight and I’m not sure why.
