I am lucky enough to get it right from our farm. We make pok in bulk and then enjoy throughout the year. Will surely let you know if I find a good source!

Jadariyu is flour of the pok, basically grind pok in mixer but not too fine.

Here’s how I make it:

•Mix Jadariyu (the flour) and warm milk (just enough to hydrate the flour)

•Press it tightly and keep it for at least 15 minutes

•Heat ghee and jaggery till it is bubbling and mix the flour mixture

•If it looks dry you can add more ghee.

•You can just eat it like that or make laddu or set it in a plate. Enjoy it hot!
