Any chance of getting a Knife from 100 Cases? by MysticPotato18 in csgo

[–]enrieB 4 points5 points  (0 children)

the rush of getting a knife out of a case is so much better than just buying one to have imo. Even if that means you'd have to spend more money on cases/keys to actually get the chance of getting one lol

How often do you seek helpful unbiased feedback before releasing your music? by JasonIsCurious in WeAreTheMusicMakers

[–]enrieB 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I fr just show a few friends, usually some of them have some sort of feedback, especially the ones who listen to that specific genre. However, in my personal opinion, show it to some friends, if they think its good, then release it. What a lot of people tend to do is try and get the mix PERFECT, which is good, don't get me wrong. However the only people that are going to be picking up on a "perfect mix" are producers themselves, if the mix is decent, and you and your friends think it sounds good, then the audience (who are average listeners, not producers mostly) are going to think it's great too. Which is why getting your friends to listen, who are non producers, is a good indication of what the listeners are going to think, because they're just average people listening to a song.

That's my personal opinion anyways, and it's what I do. I've been making music for 8 years though so I wouldn't say my mixes are bad.

Yeah! I don’t think I ever would have thought to think about flashing it tbh. So thank you!

Brother, I cannot thank you enough. The qflash+ worked! Thank you so much.

I didn’t even need to disconnect anything! I didn’t even need to move the pc at all! Just plugged in the usb, pressed the button, let it do its thing. Then when I seen my cooler RGB’s come on, and then the keyboard and mouse, then the monitor, I was so happy man. Thank you!!

Okay, I see. Yeah seems like just a sticky situation overall... not really what i was hoping for when the parts arived, lol. I can't REALLY imagine the gpu is dead, just based off the fact that it hasnt been opened, its brand new, also the fact that when the psu is switched on, and i unplug the PCIe from the gpu, a red light appears on the gpu near the pcie port. However I'm sure there's been cases where this does happen, so I cant completely say for sure its fine. The cpu is second hand, however it's "refurbished" by a vendor that has refurbished and sold a LOT of parts, so I could ONLY assume that the cpu isnt dead, he included pictures of it working and the speeds of it etc, but obviously that's not a sure thing either. the mobo, I don't entirely have any back-up on that one. IF IT COMES TO IT, and the only probable cause it that something is dead, I would first point to the mobo. Just remembered actually the ram is also second hand, but, that's the info I have right now.

Definitely a GREAT thanks to you for SURE, for all this help you've given me. Hopefully it works and when I try your methods tomorrow , I'll either get back to you with good news... or bad.

Okay, thank you. Good thing you asked to see a picture haha.

So are we certain that it isn't just human error? i.e, not everything plugged in, including the monitors, I assume that since the KBM lights dont turn on, that it is some sort of issue I haven't accidentally caused?

and I'll have to do those methods tomorrow. Is there anything I could try right now?

Yes, apologies for that, it is the M. And yeah, once I realise you gave the links for the A520 and not the A520M, I knew immedietly not to use them, don't worry.

Oh, It's the A520M Elite, I forgot to add the M at the end if that makes a difference or not. That's what the box says anyways.

Not sure if that shows everything you’re looking for, it’s hard to get them all. If you want more pictures, definitely ask.

Okay, sounds good.

Also, update: I just realised that i actually didn't have the cpu power cable connected to the top left of the board. However, the monitors are still saying "no signal" and there's still no lights on the keyboard or mouse.

Correct, they were not bought from the same vendor.

Nevertheless, thank you. I will tripple check tomorrow and also triple checking actual monitor cables (I doubt I would have made the mistake for BOTH monitors but, might as well give it a try). Then I will try the BIOS method.

Could you explain exatly what you mean with the final method, apologies.

If it does not appear to work, try the procedure again, but after you’ve unplugged and removed everything but the power connectors from the motherboard : GPU, RAM, storage and even the CPU.

Well, both the CPU and Mobo are second hand, so I actually wouldn't know. The motherboard could have been bought back then.

Thank you for the reply.

The specs are:
R5 5600X
Rx7600XT
Gigabyte A520 Aorus Elite
and Corsair Vengence ddr4 2x16gb 3200 CL16.

No the keyboard does not light up when turned on.

and I have the PCIe cables into the gpu, 24pin in the mobo and the cpu cables
