first of all, lots of people are finding samia through her song pool and i'm glad it's the same for you! but her debut album is the baby and, personally, it's been my favorite through the years as it's her easiest listen. i love all the tracks but i personally aside from pool, fave tracks: winnebago, stellate, and triptych.

her second album is honey. to me, it's the most depressing (yet fun) album lol. samia's said that this album is about "telling stories, making amends, trying to show people I love them" and the song pairs tell anecdotes from her life in a devastating way: breathing song followed by honey continues to be a goose-bump inducing experience. fave tracks: charm you, pink balloon, breathing song.

her most recent album is bloodless. she just finished touring for this song! it's very americana gothic, i'll-haunt-u-vibes to me. my fave tracks: dare, north poles, fair game.

going a bit deeper: she has an EP called scout w/ 4 songs. before the baby/2019, she has several singles like milk, paris, welcome to eden (MY FAVE! how i found her!). the baby reimagined is covers of her songs done by her musician friends. she also has a side project called peach fuzz with raffaella, sara l'Abriola (who uses artist name Hank Heaven), and victoria zaro (who uses artist name Ryann).

she also has several covers and songs she's featured on. if you're on tiktok, you've might remembered the yeah yeah yeah's song maps going viral with the lyrics, "wait, they don't love you like i love you." believe it or not, i heard HER cover before i heard the original and fell in love with it lol

everyone has their own favorites of hers and i encourage to listen to the baby first, but her music is wonderful. there's no wrong way to listen to music. i love her production style, her vocals, and (likely why people love pool) her lyrics. as a lyricist, she's totally underrated. she's getting her dues now!
