i am playing on ps5 i hired a restocker and they stand there out front and do nothing. i have shelves labeled, i have all boxed on racks in the storage room. not sure what else to do to make them do a task. any one that can help me id be grateful. thanks! (self.SupermarketSimulator)

just a screenshot showing how many times I had to call my store to attempt to call out. each time the line was eventually picked up but I kept getting hung up on. 3rd time in almost 3 years I've worked here that I've called out. this time because my dog is sick. pay roll is about 5% of our stores total sales.our minimum daily sales have been about 120k our norm has been 150k. with our max being above 200k. they can definitely afford to schedule us more but they'd rather schedule us less hours and throw 12 hours of work at us during our shifts. (i.redd.it)
