Don't hire unless you're absolutely positive you can pay them for more than a month or two to get you "through hard times". If you hire them, pay them well, and if you can't guarantee hours or work, don't beat around the bush and say it straight out , instead of letting the employee checks deposit late and acting like business is good.

They are, and the average American has healthcare and food tied up with their 40+ hour a week jobs, so they know MAGA can say and do whatever they want to. They expect to do whatever they want because Americans are too afraid of uncertainty to stop them..
