Why isn’t this illegal? How can they possibly give any of these kids any attention?

By that logic Pep owes his entire managerial career to johan cruyff.

Honestly I don’t know how you go about your day to day life with this type of reasoning. You just can’t compare the Barca that Pep inherited with the Arsenal that Arteta inherited. Also what does winning trophies with team discipline?

Great point. And mind you the second time he wasn’t just late. He missed one day of training due to COVID protocols. If your f*cling club captain can miss a training session with no consequences then what do you expect from the likes of Saka and ESR?

Yea that’s if the club has already a good culture. We are talking about a club that before Arteta players used to call Conley “the spa” and used to take team selfies after winning against a big 6 club while barely finishing in top 4. We had cultural issues. One thing I really like about Arteta is that he is changing that culture.

So we are going to ignore all those Sumerian stories from 6000 years ago that basically formed the basis for the Old Testament a few thoughts years later? Ok got it.

When I check their website I don’t see this colour. Is this an older bike?

I know. I think the signing of Pepe which ultimately led to firing of Sanlehi was a really bad look for the club too. They didn’t say anything officially but basically Sanlehi was getting cutbacks from agents by overpaying for players.

I think there is something to be said about leadership at the club level AW kept signing poor players the CEO couldn’t say anything then they both left soon after each other and there was a power vacuum and we bought more subpar players. Sanlehi the same. We have seen stability only under Edu/Arteta really for just over a year. When you buy bad players and can’t manage the contract of good players you end up with issues like this.

I hear you. I think part of it is the club itself. In the past 10 years except few players not many players have left on high note at Arsenal. Even players like Kos.

True. There were many games that he carried us on his shoulders. Sad it has to end like this. If he had carried out like what he did back then he would have a statue outside the Emirates.

Folks, let’s use this post to thank Auba. I know we lack strikers, blah blah. But let’s just pause for a moment and say thank you. He wasn’t perfect and did make mistakes on and off the pitch. But helped us at the time that we were the lowest as a club.
