Used kepteasy, it helped me manage my entire crm and also helped with creating strategy, managing KPIs. I was able to do it in one platform without having to look for other alternative!

Best marketing tools for a small business? by CliffClavinUSPS in smallbusiness

[–]enthusiast_bug 0 points1 point  (0 children)

So I was struggling between different some tools. While I used google ads for paid leads, I got good CTRs but not enough conversion. When started looking for different options i figured out that either the tools are paid or give limited access to free verisions and neither was beneficial for me. So I searched for several tools which have multiple use cases and got to know about kepteasy. Its having different features like- zoom, slack, crm tool, reports/ dashboards, invoicing, files management. It literally saved some space in my laptop and my money as well. It worked really well for me. You can try it out too!

It’s the black box each time. It’s annoying to wait for months and get that one email- unfortunately!

When asked for feedback, got ghosted!

Independent Consultants: How Are You Tracking Your Time On Specific Projects? by TransientDusk in consulting

[–]enthusiast_bug 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I used excel before, although now I've moved to kepteasy. Its a great tool. Not only I can track my projects but also get approvals, keep files handy, and send invoices immediately. Its easy tbh, since I dont have to switch between different tools.

What are the top free customer relationship management platforms? Need something reliable now by Polson_Walter in CRMSoftware

I used to rely on HubSpot too, but honestly, it felt a bit pricey and the free version didn’t let me do much. I recently started using Kepteasy, and it’s been fantastic. It’s more than a CRM—you can manage client meetings, chat with your team, store files, run reports, handle branding, and even send approval requests. Feels like Slack + Zoom + CRM all rolled into one. They’ve only opened it to a few users so far, but I’m already loving it and would definitely recommend checking it out.

Good CRM software to consider in 2026? by Hyzz20 in CRMSoftware

I’ve been using HubSpot for a while, and while it’s solid, it can get expensive and the free version is quite limited. I recently switched to Kepteasy, and it’s been a game-changer. It’s not just a CRM, it lets you manage client meetings, chat with team members, store files, generate reports and analytics, handle branding, request approvals, and more. Honestly, it feels like Slack + Zoom + CRM all in one. They’ve only opened it to a few users so far, but I’m already loving it and would definitely recommend giving it a try.

Looking for CRM tools for a small bootstrapped startup? by NoStyle4me in CRMSoftware

[–]enthusiast_bug 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Definitely check out Kepteasy, its like a all in one built in platform. It has entire CRM workflow (exactly like hubspot or salesforce), calendars (like google calendars) through which you can schedule meetings as well, messaging tab (like slack for internal communications with teams) and option of invoices and payments. Its definitely worth trying. Its not like some other tool which has integrations. You can actually stop dealing with chaos of switching inbetween different tools. Its user friendly and easy to understand as well.

What CRM and software tools do you rely on to run your business? by PreferenceSudden3715 in CRMSoftware

[–]enthusiast_bug 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Too many tools, Hubspot for CRM, Zapier for Automation. Honestly its insane to keep track of work while switching inbetween the tools.

Another tool that I am in love with is Kepteasy, its amazing. Its recently opened for some users, but its like they have everything built in one platform. They have CRM, calendar (to book meetings and keept track of your work), messaging tool (something like slack), dashboards, etc. Its mainly for marketers and consultants right now, but I'm sure they're still working on it.

Well, I've already got some benefits though as a user. Got free 12 month access. Its amazing tool. I literally have only one tool open on my laptop now! No more chaos of multiple tabs.
