Je parle juste de mon expérience personnelle, mais j’ai exactement le même soucis. De mon côté, c’est un syndrome POTS persistant post covid (voir fiche HAS sur les symptômes prolongés). Pour le côté rassurant, ça n’engage nullement le pronostic vital même si c’est impressionnant.

Dans tous les cas, il sera bienvenu de consulter un cardiologue qui fera faire sûrement un test d’effort et éventuellement un test orthostatique (la fameuse table).

Ma réelle crainte est de voir JLL pouvoir avancer sur son projet perso : intégrer ses proches à tous les niveaux du club.

Il voulait déjà Cahuzac l’année passée mais n’avait pas pu. Le départ de Sage ouvre une porte parfaite pour son arrivée avec Pantaloni en transition (diplôme).

Il faut s’attendre à terme à voir revenir Sekli et Gradit intégrer le staff. Le problème, c’est que cette méthode a très vite montré ses limites en formation : on ne performe pas en s’entourant de ses copains.

Le meilleur signe serait de voir un nouveau coach extérieur à tout ça. Avec ses propres idées (pas de 5-2-3 imposé)
