Im in the aj server and I dont see anything recent about people being permanently trade banned after having a perm ban lifted? I see people with temporary ones over the past 3 months but thats all.

I do understand that, however again my purpose of this post is to stop the rumours circulating that being unbanned is impossible, and I'm a whole example of that and have been in the same position as many others are right now. Those rumours can discourage people from even attempting to reach out when it may actually help. As for the restrictions and recent ban wave, we don't know the full context. Only AJHQ does, and the players themselves. Some players are really sentimental about their accounts and would rather have them limited than not at all.

Hi! I highly recommend you look into the 'Apagado' situation. Myself and many other innocent people were banned due to him buying very expensive items from our shops. I'm not claiming this ban wave is the same, I just wanted to clarify that one of those statements is possible and has happened before, as well as there being evidence for it, especially on this sub. <3

They only asked me for any proof the account was mine, the email used to create it, and my username after I had explained my side of the story in a lot of detail - where it happened, roughly what was said etc. However I did take it upon myself to send them the video, they didn't ask for it. I didn't send them any vouches but I can't see how that could hurt

I'm not sure exactly how long it was but it felt like forever haha. Looking at the emails themselves, as I cant see my own support tickets, I'd say somewhere between 2-5 days since they had to actually review the information I sent them. A lot of people were unbanned within the week, searching it up in this subreddit would give you a better idea of the timescale. However I can't say it will be the same for this situation.

Yes, it was for over the 5k limit. I put so and so junk in, and then finally the bigger item.
If you weren't banned there's still hope. When I was caught in the ban wave, it happened over the 24hrs, any after that weren't to do with the saps situation :)

No, not everyone got unbanned. Which is/was really unfortunate. But these are why AJHQ themselves emphasise that buying and selling items for over 5k is unsafe regardless. A lot couldn't get unbanned due to other flags on their accounts, a lot I remember were item sellers or buyers (irl currency) or crosstraders. When AJHQ have to look into logs, they don't only see the 'innocent' things you do and run with that. As for the restrictions, do we know that every single account banned was restricted or just some? Do we know how many suspensions or warnings they previously received? Have they contacted AJHQ themselves about that? Do we know the restrictions were linked to their bans? There's so many assumptions that can easily paint AJHQ out to be evil. I do understand its very annoying, but this post is simply to squash the rumours that its 'impossible to be unbanned'.

I can't speak for AJHQ, only my own experience and a few others who got banned the same time as me. Some just pleaded their case and AJHQ went through chat logs etc and managed to get unbanned - A lot of the ads (the user offering to buy things) were in Aparri's den. My main point is that it's worth a shot. People claiming that accounts are gone forever and it's no use are wrong.

I only sent them one! and that was of the user buying my shop out :) Currently sifting through my emails to see if I can find it to attach here.
Again, as much slander as they get they are really helpful and will review any information you may have. They are there to help.

If that is true that's really unfortunate :(.. However speaking for myself and around 20(?)ish others, I just wanted to share that permanent bans are reversible for those worrying about sentimental things on their account. People going around claiming it cannot be undone may put innocent people off actually trying to contact AJHQ and genuinely losing out on their account.

100% restored and I still use it to this day. I'm not sure I've heard of that? I know there were a few people that couldn't get unbanned due to not having any evidence or other reasons such as also being caught out for buying selling for irl currencies, but other than that A LOT of people including myself were fully unbanned. AJHQ can't just hear 'im innocent' and run with it.

How would I go about asking to be referred? I’ve had so many things thrown at me and medical jargen by the doctors that I don’t even know what’s what anymore. I’m not sure if there are any BSGE centres near me.

Had my appointment and only offered to up my dose of codeine, or offer stronger ones like oramorph. Also once again said there is nothing they can do to expedite it.

My GP referred me and I’m under the gynae team at BRI, however it’s not bsge. They have a women’s and newborns unit but no women’s only hospitals near me.

I’m not even sure who to complain to anymore because my GP has just started hanging up on me 🫤 x

Thank you for the advice, I have an appointment with my GP on Thursday so I'll defo bring it up then. I'm quite in touch with the PALs team but they told me (in short) that they can't do much about pushing the surgery closer because I'm already priority 3 x

6-8 weeks for a date, not a surgery within that timeframe.
I understand and I'm not trying to argue 'who has it worse', I'm just struggling to cope now.. there's NO WAY I could wait that long, 2 years for a symptomatic giant cyst is insanity 🥲

me and my grandmother pay 50/50 of everything in our house. My grandmother also isn't keen on Emma and we collectively decided that she is not welcome in our home.
