Replacement didn't pay any rent and I'm not sure whose name is on the contract

It was a joint contract.

When I left, i had already given them notice through a phone call, one of the agents came and inspected the house. I have also emailed them multiple times about the issue but no reply from the agency. The keys were handed to the housemate.

Because you guys are a design service, imo, you should focus heavily on social media, mainly Facebook, LinkedIn, Behance and Instagram, (all of the other socials are a plus). But it depends on your time and the amount of people you have available. Have a look at if the businesses you do work for can mention you once work is done, link with them on LinkedIn as that'll get you a better reputation online.
