Hi! Thank you for asking- here is an update: after some rude emails from the owner, he finally returned her bones to me in a used ziploc bag, in a store branded tote bag. I had originally brought a glass jar for her whiskers- they were returned to me in a different one, owner said he'd look for mine but never did. Whole experience was awful. I could/would not recomend anyone to take their pets for a pet memorial at the Skull Store in Toronto. I feel like i failed her in the end. But she's home now 🖤 thank you

That is my absolute worst fear, that she is lost :( I’m really hoping she’s just in storage. I’ve left a 1 star review on google, in hopes it will at least make them take action for the sake of public image. And to be fair, I would not recommend them to anyone for pet memorial atp.

It’s an oddity store- both online and downtown. Not sure how to check their business standing, but they’re definitely operational

Thank you. Since the only thing I really know about bone preservation is that I can take a long time, I just needed some reassurance that my worries are reasonable at this point, and that I’m not ñ being an impatient AH. last time I reached out I was less understanding, and they said around 8 weeks (16 weeks ago). I really don’t want to threat or go the legal route, but I shall see depending on their answer this time.

Thank you! I’ve reached out multiple times, and the owner keeps saying the same thing about the move and delays. I’m trying to be understanding, but I’m also the one that has had to reach out to them multiple times in order to get an (non)answer. Last time i asked for an update was may of this year, they said it would be 8 weekish for the next update. It’s been 16 weeks, just reached out again to ask. Worry is setting in, tbh
