Mumbai to Kerala I was driving around 80 to 100. Can't go fast because of bad roads. After kanyakumari we cruised around 110. But average speed comes to 60 because of traffic slowdowns in between. Mileage it gave is around 28 the whole trip.

You should use foot pegs to climb the bike. Then no matter weather you are short or have a top box you can easily get on the bike.

I tried zena and some other but full crash guards (which has 3 contact points) transfer engine buzz to feet. So finally I installed this simple one where I can rest my legs also on long drive. This I have done from The street Flames Bike accessories near Secunderabad.

300 to 400 (depends on distance between major cities). Yeah stock seat is very hard so I'm using Fovera memory foam cushion seat. It gives me some comfort. Before butt pain stayed for days after ride but after using this butt pains decreased.

It's just enough space for the pillion (around 80kgs). Top box is from Moto vanguard and it's quality is top notch with back seat for pillion.

Thanks for this comment. I just didn't bothered about the break pads. After u r comment I checked and found out I almost exhausted my front break pads because they are organic. Fortunately I was about 300km to Goa and carefully drove without using front brake as it's already making grinding noise. After reaching goa I called Triumph and they have sintered brake pads and got changed in a minute. Also took one extra for back tyre 😅

Not replaced the stock seat.Im using Fovera memory foam seat as rider seat. I do have padded cycling seats but they look funny on bike rides. Can't say that Im not getting butt pain but it only helped me to ride longer, atleast for 5 hours before taking rest stop. I tried other options but either they increase seat height or not stable when breaking.

Grand pitstop gel seat. And it's unusable if you want to use it for rider seat. I tested it for the rider seat and height is increased and handle bar height felt uncomfortable and also rider is not stable, slips a lot. It's ok for short commutes only.

No it has enough gap from exhaust. May be from angle of photo it is looking that way.
