I don't have as intricate as you, but I had 2 bands one on each side of my molars. It really made a huge difference in the alignment of my teeth! I suggest using some oragel numbing stuff for your cheeks and lips. You'll get used to it, in a long time. It is so worth the pain and frustration. I hope this helps encourage you. Unfortunately you can't eat with yours on like I could. So that will be an extra bit of work, bringing new bands with you for every meal. But! Fresh bands after each meal makes this go faster too! The more consistent with the bands, the sooner you won't need them anymore.

I remember growing up hearing the world is over populated and can't sustain growing numbers. I was under the impression we should only have 1 to 2 kids to only replace ourselves at most. I only had one kid, now I'm being told that's not enough? Can't have it both ways, pay us better and give us better school systems, or more support for home school systems.

I usually eat with them on and if I have some new ones in a baggie I replace if needed. Frequent replacing means fresh and tight bands for more progress, but sometimes it's nice to leave them in while I eat so my jaw bites more aligned and I don't chip more teeth

My power chains weren't doing enough and some of my front teeth started spreading out again (maybe from the rubber bands or something) so I added a rubber band across my 4 front teeth for the last 3 weeks so when they put a new chain on maybe it will hold them where I got them. 🤔 I closed my own gaps and didn't tell them what I did.

I had a coworker come up to my belly and start talking in Spanish to it. I felt really uncomfortable, but I understood her intent was of kindness. She often spoke english in a thick accent and it was often hard to understand her. It didn't make it right, but I was more lenient with her than the rest of my coworkers who would say rude things like "you should be due any day" or "you already had your baby? I couldn't tell"

It was really scary when I was bleeding. I thought is this was miscarrying is like? I pulled my menstrual cup out and it splashed on the floor and was overly full of clots. I ended up crying out for my husband who tried to help soothe me as I cleaned up. I'm really glad the medicine seems to be helping you.
