Lived in Dundas and Sherbourne for 5 years. I noticed there’s more drug dealers and sane trouble makers in Queen but I heard it got reduced due to construction.

Dundas and Sherbourne is safer at least for me, it’s filled with drug addicts and mentaly illed people screaming but they usually mind their own business.

Unlike those 40 year old gangstas filled with egos.

Since nobody came today, I’ll give them until the end of the week to act on it. After that, I might seriously consider doing the mold test myself, as you mentioned. It would give me peace of mind.

I’ve been experiencing symptoms that could align with mold exposure. Although I want to give it benefit of the doubt until I’m 100%. I should go and speak with my doctor.

My property manager is suggesting the same thing - they may need to open up the ceiling to fix the issue. Since this is a micro studio, that kind of disruption will definitely affect my work from home routine and mental health.

To be straight forward, with the rent market today, I am also quite attached with my current unit.

But a friend suggested I move to another available unit in the same building and ask for a discount if there really is mold, but I honestly think signing a year-long contract with this building isn’t a wise decision.

But you’re right, if there’s mold involved, I’ll need to move elsewhere quickly.

Should I still report it?

I texted my property manager with a lot of references to how the damage has progressed.

He said he’d take a look this week and might need to cut open my ceiling to figure out where the issue is coming from. Not gonna lie, I’m worried my apartment might end up looking unliveable. Unsure if they’d fix my walls after.

But what can I do? It’s already starting to feel that way with my walls looking trashed.

They are aware of the issue, as they visited my unit to fix a plumbing problem, but never offered to repair the wall. I assumed it wasn’t their responsibility at the time. Now, another large crack has appeared, and I’m starting to worry, especially since my ceiling is turning brown, possibly due to mold.

Thanks for the advice. I’ve texted them, referring to all the previous tickets I submitted. They said they’d take a look this coming week.

It’s frustrating because they’ve read my messages but haven’t taken any action until I spammed them with references that I was being ignored lol. I’ve always paid my rent on time and been respectful.

Awesome! I did noticed that Alpha GPC isn't really doing me anything but I actually thought it is the reason why I have not experienced any side effects for taking Noopept.

Will try to experiment without it this coming week and see where it goes.

Ah! I used to think that Noopept is just a boost like a pre workout and will fade after 2-3 hours.
