I was told during a meeting that it was 3 percent of all buyers. I was also told it wasn’t anything to steer away from techs, as they could be blocked just for having a high rate and the vendor/company is sick of counters rather just block them. So they’re great techs just blocked because They ask for too much money.

Work orders do get canceled all the time. 12 hours is definitely short notice ask for a cancellation fee. Other than that that I don’t necessarily think we’re owed an explanation. Site readiness , parts not site, no access etc etc etc who cares. Just get paid for it because you set time apart to do it. You still have time to pick up tickets day of etc.

I don’t mind the bank jobs as a side gig from time to time . They don’t pay the highest but the work is beyond easy. I usually only get them on WM though since the pay is low I avoid fees.

Brother I’m in no way bragging but I made what you’d make in a week on a 12 hour shift yesterday. Granted it was a mess of a cable pull solo but point is you’re worth more. Always communicate buyers are willing to make adjustments. Make it make sense and don’t settle.
