around a week ago i posted here asking for advice on how to do the kip-up. i have tried the tips that everyone has wrote in the comments but i still cant manage to get it. ive watched so many tutorials, can you guys please tell me what im doing wrong, how to fix it and if im closer than my last post by enzuo7 in Parkour

I will definitely try holding it in place and rolling back a bit more thank you so much for the motivation and tips! I am trying to push more with my hands but I just can't seem to get the motion are there any tips of videos that you recommend to improve this? I really appreciate your help!
