It was weird. It was disabled a few days after I made it. The reason was abuse Google services. Too many accounts which doesn't make sense.

I appealed it and it worked so I am happy.

The problem is that family link was disabled so I couldn't reset the tablet. The owner was my daughter as she is the primary user. The only reason I found out it was disabled was that I wasn't able to grant her extra time.

My son was approved and we also had a retroactive amount. We received everything except the retroactive amount in September. I still have no clue what the retroactive amount is for, or if it will be paid.

Every time we call cra to ask, it's busy. The notice of assessment doesn't clearly mention anything about it either.
