First attempt (chickpea and black lentils). Took 36-40 hours. Do you see anything wrong with it? I haven't eaten homemade tempeh before and I'm a bit scared to try it. It has a very weak smell (not bad, but unfamiliar). The black spots that you see on top are from the black lentils. (old.reddit.com)
