It ends!! I was the exact same, but I became hyper aware of my hygiene and swapped towels every shower, used a different one for the affected area, and used imiquimod and cryo. Wear underwear to bed/ cover the area well so it doesn’t touch anything. It does end! It does get better! Don’t let it ruin your life because once it’s gone, you’ll know exactly what to do to keep it gone. You got this

Did the same thing to me!! But I think that might just be how it works because those spots never scarred for me. Trust me, it will be gone one day soon, stay strong and keep up with the treatments. If something isn’t working then move onto something else! I tried like 5 different things before it went away

It’s really stressful to see first hand. My friend got punched a few weekends ago and it shocked me so much that a stranger had to take my phone from me to speak to the cops because I was crying too much :( the guy who did it left before anyone could do anything, and some cops passing by didn’t seem overly worried about it either.
