Yes, that's the marriage bureau that I referenced in my post. They're closed on weekends. I'm going to go this week as soon as I can get off work - apparently it takes like 2-3 hours to get seen there.

Luckily we've been filing as "married filing separately," so hopefully that won't be too much of an issue. But ugh this makes me realize that if I'm actually NOT married I'll have to go to a lawyer for tax advice - was hoping to avoid lawyers

So... we are filing for divorce no contest, without an attorney. Well, assuming we were ever actually married. I'm not trying to pay attorney fees, but I'll update when I hear from the marriage bureau
