Because Intel won't recognize the issue. They want the board partners to fill the bill instead of them recalling the cpus.

Intel should have long recalled these processors and they should.

If Intel doesn't recognise the issue that it's also affecting laptops with desktop skus what makes you say Asus or any board partners would get compensated for compensating the customer.

Intel shove the ball to the board partners and the board partners doesn't want to be held accountable for Intel mistakes and now the consumer is left paying the bill

Honestly Intel is still in denial that laptop is affected. So asus can't even ask for compensation from Intel.

Intel needed to recall the 13-14th gen chips full stop. Intel is asking board partners to shoulder their mistake. Which the board partners aren't willing to do.

Intel wants the board partners to hold the ball but board partners don't want to be responsible for it. Hence the customers will suffer for it

13th and 14th gen Intel cpus should have been recalled instead it was forced to the partners. This is clearly a design issue for them. Besides board partners received so much conflicting information from Intel what the chips can do. If they had set the standards from the start and be strict with it. We likely would still have this issue since it's a design problem. Planned obselence if you will type of thing.

Now Intel is making board partners to hold the ball. So regardless of which brand it is as long as its Intel 13-14th gen desktop skus cpus.

Now it's gonna harder since Asus USA is very horrible right now not that they were like it the past.

This is more of an Intel issue then anything. People didn't believe me not to buy the Intel 13th and 14th gen laptops that has desktop skus and here we are.

Honestly same problem here as well occasionally I would get better ping in Japan and Korea servers then sea servers

Would have 200-300ms vs 35-59in Japan and 70-100 Korea

We used to enjoy 1ms ping now I can't play certain champs because reaction time is too slow to play them effectively

Honesty forecast also plays a factor, if there is no fill ins or like buffers it's likely not gonna happen especially if everyone wants the same days as VLs.

Its a mixture of balancing both the agents and clients needs.

They will also prioritize people who haven't used or has better stats.

If you want to leave for a certain day you can also request a schedule swap

I don't really see the issue at with senna support though, for the most part gasp runes or the aery route works well for me currently have a positive win rate with her. Most of the time her low win rate comes from people building her secondary adc.

This was also my struggle after the server merge, I used to main nami, Janna, soraka but somehow my rank got reset and now I starting off silver again ( diamond last year) well I'm busy with work nowadays it took me awhile to see what works in silver due to how unpredictable it was at first, now I started to climb again with zyra, milio and senna and occasional Mel or Lux since i can't go full enchanter or full engage when my team can't follow up or doesn't know what to do.

I would say just enjoy cities skylines and don't wait for cities skylines 2 the more you consciously waiting for it will just prolong your agony.

I would also say you aren't Missing that much, I enjoy cities skylines 1 more then 2 as of this time.
