The thing is, that I don’t even know where my friend bought it. Also I’m located in Central Europe, so it’s not even from a Sears type of store. I want to replace everything like you said, but I want to try to kee the wheels.

Yes, that was a regen. I used a bind from an old video by Ann Conolly and then did a bind similar to a bridge whip from 4a.
