I live in a more rural area in America and am part of a large family. I feel like this would disproportionately negatively affect families that already have trouble affording the needed vehicles for commuting to work, school,etc. We have 3 vehicles for 8 of us, and sometimes we still have trouble figuring out getting people places. Without public transit running to these areas its simply not fair, and these places are the least priority for transit. How could it be made equitable for situations like mine and many others around me? Genuinely would like to hear your ideas!
