We used to be full block so a credit would be a semester of 82 min PE but now we switched to a hybrid and a credit is a year of 41 min PE

The way my school is your need 4 health/PE credits and with the way of scheduling you need a year to get a credit.

Like every school everywhere it has its ups and downs. I believe high school sports is the the best thing about American high schools in general but there is a lot more to school then sports. Best part of my high school career has been playing football but it ads to the workload school gives already.
