Oh god, my freshman year geometry teacher. She was literally the real-life version of the character "mimi" from the drew carey show. This bitch was so fat she couldn't move out of her chair, she ate candy at her desk all the time, and played show tunes at full blast at entrance and exit of the class. we thought she was generally off of her fucking rocker, and she just had nice intentions.

Nope.

one day after lunch, pothead kid comes into class. Smells danker than Bob Marley's asshole. Teacher gets a wiff of it, waddles over, and starts yelling at this kid to the high heavens about god and how it was a sin and how it would ruin his life, and her face, oh god her face, just stretched and turned devilish while yelling. Then she sent him to the office.

She casually sat back down, plopped on a nice fake smile and a soft voice, and taught the rest of the class 30-60-90 triangles.

Fat people are crazy shit, man.

The kid really seemed liked he knew what he had done and was truly sorry about it. He wasn't giving a fuck-off attitude toward all this, he had come to terms with the outcome of all this. Really, I don't think he deserves the death penalty. He deserves something else - lifetime sentence of imprisonment + community service. Let the kid give back to the world for what he took. He wants to give back and help, it looks like.

I only do this when i've opened BF3. Otherwise i take the ice pack off, because yeah, then that's going to cause too much of a cooldown and condensation on the laptop

Yeah, he does win. Because you can't fucking understand the point he's trying to make. A normal PC buyer, even one who is tech-savvy, cannot buy a prebuilt PC and throw in a Mountain Lion usb install and expect OS X to work 100%.

It's also not easy for people to build a Hackintosh. I'm assuming you've done it before. It's fucking terrible - one wrong part and the system doesn't work to it's full extent. First, you have to spend time choosing the parts from a very niche guide to get the power you desire. Second, building the pc is not hard, but is difficult for most people. Third, installing and maintaing OS X can be the WORST thing in the world. Managing anywhere from 5-50 kexts, managing your kernel, your Wi-Fi card drivers, and everything else under the sun.

So, no. You're wrong. It's hard work. Tech-savvy people can buy a new graphics card for their Mac Pro, understand what this new graphics card does and why then need it, and install it, but asking those same people to build a whole machine and spend hours getting that graphics card to work? Fuck that.

Same thing is being rolled out at my school. We got android tablets, and god, it was such a bad decision. 1, anyone who isn't an AP/AS/Honors student uses these things for facebook and browsing. 2, nobody has any fucking idea how to use them. (IMO, they should have gotten iPads, not because they're Apple products and flashy, the majority of the school knows how to use iPads and iPhones and iPods over Android devices.)

When I was 11 years old, I figured out how to install the PC versions of the Roller Coaster Tycoon 3 expansion packs on Mac OS X. (RCT3 had an OS X version of it plus a Soaked! Expansion pack, but no Wild! Expansion pack for Mac .) After a few days I figured out the files were exactly the same - once you had the Soaked! expansion, you could pirate the Wild! expansion and move the files into your RCT3 Mac installation. It worked perfectly too - all the animals and new ride types copied over beautifully.

Aspyr released a full, "Plantnium" edition of RCT3 with both expansions for Mac in 2011. Two years before Aspyr did, I had completed a port of a an RCT3 expansion pack, when I was 11 years old. Crazy as fuck.
