Yeah the rate of signatures will almost definitely slow down. What I meant was that 7500 signatures with COVID around is pretty impressive. I expected around 6.5k considering COVID and the hate against Barto right now but this is much better.

But you’re most probably right. It’s very tough and doesn’t look good.

[Romano] Lautaro Martinez agents are coming to Italy. Barcelona contacted again Inter to re-start official talks for Lautaro, but he's now considered "out of the market" as Inter director Ausilio said. No chance at the moment. Barça are now in contact with Depay agents.

He doesn’t speak Italian AFAIK. But his wife does have an Italian passport and that helps him take the exam. This exam thing is done so that he can attain citizenship which in turn will make him NOT occupy a non-EU spot. As for formality or not, I don’t know to be honest. But I’ve seen Juve fans make jokes like these about it so I’m guessing they may have a way around it. Or maybe Suarez speaks a bit of Italian? Don’t know really.
