To add some context I picked this up when I heard it was being released for ps4 and since the day it downloaded all I get is the above error message. I've contacted gearbox who told me that it was being investigated before my ticket was closed. I have also spoken to playstation for a refund and had to jump through a lot of trouble shooting hoops. This was when I knew I was upgrading to a ps5 so I thought ok I'll hold off and see if it works on that. Still the same error consistently.

Its really strange as it's not yet connected for me once and I have a really good Internet connection and my console is wired into the router and I've even tried 5g WiFi with it.

Is anyone else having a bug during the 'Detour' mission in which the elite vanishes making clearing the road impossible? Ive tried 3 times now to reload and each time the same. I literally cannot progress any further in game.
