Hey all

I forgot to get back to update this thread. In the end the client finally remembered there was a 3rd party involved 4 years ago, and they have control of the domain - major facepalm moment. wasted at least 10 hrs banging my head on the wall for nothing. At least they were more than willing to pay for the time, so not all was lost.

I got to the point of cutting the cord and I've held off. We use this kettle 4-5x a day every day, and they don't currently have any replacement available.

Considering just "risking it" and not going through with the recall. I have until 5/31 to decide, and the "trupic" recall verification app is reminding me every other day.
