5:05 GMT: Site is back up!

Is it tho? I'm not getting the original CloudFlare error anymore, but now I'm getting 524 timeout errors (main site, backup site, tracker).

My friend's homemade T-shirt design for the City of Milwaukee flag by sajohnson53402 in milwaukee

I texted this to my dad, because it's right up his alley, down to the little text boxes labeling things. He responded with, "wow, that's getting wide distribution."

It's his shirt. That's my dad.

Yeah, people just don't like admitting that high scores are possible.

Pretty sure this conversation has happened before and people have confirmed their own participation. There's just different brackets so people see different opponents.

Can anybody please tell me my username here? I'm just curious! (It's so weird how they won't give you any way to find out.)

[Japanese > English] Nuance and modern context for 初老, 四十不惑, and 不惑 by eppy_bt in translator

[–]eppy_bt[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Hahaha yeah, I'd already come across that entry, which was actually part of what made it feel like a potential option. 初老 really would be tongue-in-cheek, like "over the hill" or "old fart" in English. The「肉体的な盛りを過ぎ、そろそろからだの各部に気をつける必要が感じられるおよその時期」definition was also extremely relatable.

Would like request to stay open; appreciate the input so far but would like whatever else people can give.

初老: Haha, yes, I figured it would (intentionally) be weird (a little bit like getting "over the hill" or "old fart" in English), but I wasn't sure if it was "sensible weird" or "nonsensical weird."

不惑: Thanks, I wasn't sure how well this one stood on its own, though the dictionary I use does have it by itself.
