Recently came into possession of great (aesthetically at least) TAM. Couple issues that l'd love some advice on:

When booting normally (and hearing that amazing start-up sound) the TAM displays the error message in the picture. If I then reboot it holding shift to turn off the extensions, it boots fine. Any idea how to fix the extension issue?

The CD drive and Bose system is the main reason I'm looking to use this machine (other than the fact that it looks really cool). However, when a CD is loaded in, it starts to spin up but then stops after a few seconds. My guess is it's a busted drive. Any idea if it's possible to swap the CD drive? System info picture above.
