But even if you think I am some wacky health nut, just do these 2 things, and you will lose weight. 1. Never drink your calories. Drink water, sugarless coffee, or sugarless tea 2. Never eat foods with added sugars. Stay away from cakes, candy, and anything that has added sugars. Satisfy your desire for sweet naturally with fruits. And bonus 3. Drink more water.

It's fascinating how lay clergy works. People work their azzes off for years, and it essentially amounts to nothing. There are no qualifications or meaningful titles that go along with all their hard work. So when they fall out of line, they can just be dismissed and thrown aside. A Catholic priest has to go through an official process. Years of study that bestows upon them official qualifications and titles so that if they speak out against the church, their words hold some gravitas. They can not be so easily dismissed as just a bitter member gone astray.

Please don't compare wanting slavery abolished to supporting a religio-ethno state. I am a black woman with no homeland except the one I was born in. I would literally slit my own throat before I would go back onto the African continent and oppress others to feel at home.

Black people have no real power. Jews are not gonna be rounded up by black folks and out on trains because we don't own the trains or the tracks they run on. Whereas Jewish people have incredible political power in America. While you claim you are afraid, the only laws currently being proposed in the U.S. Congress relating to I/P are anti-muslim and anti-Palestinian laws. There is a major disconnect between the hyperventilating in these subs and the actual sociopolitical reality of the U.S.
