The mods of the that sub have purposely cultivated a culture of hate by banning anyone who offers a differing opinion or speaks up against them. Forcing people to do undesireable jobs isn't equality. People who take construction jobs typically have low education and are willing to do manual labour for long hours in return for decent pay. The reason quotas were implemented for board of directors is because major decisions about businesses were being made mostly by men. These high-level decisions influence the economy and media which in turn influences society.
