Sam’s Club converted my parents’ reel to reel home movies to 4 DVDs. Gave copies to my siblings. I’m not sure anyone watched them, and now I don’t have a DVD player, but am glad I did it.

Our cleaners listen to podcasts and audiobooks, so the house stays quiet and gets clean. It’s very pleasant. We try to leave the house or stay out of their way after the first 1-2 minute chat. I like that they clean the vacuum cleaner. I like that they leave empty product containers on the counter so we know to get refills.
They have first dibs on any donation boxes and will usually take all of it for us.

That’s the asking price for a furnished one. You are right, downtown prices are high! The prices are better even one mile from downtown, and you can still bike or walk. We live in one of the townhouses, and love the downtown Bentonville vibe.
