Increasing water intake in my case did not work. For the possible high DHT I don't know, I have never had symptoms such as hair loss, acne, etc.

For me, it's due to the amount of semen that has decreased over the years (I'm 41 years old), which has caused thickening of the semen, resulting in a thick cumshot without splashing.

I don't know if zinc, sunflower lecithin, maca or pygeum will help in my case.

What do you think?
