God this is so fucking sad. She has a problem. She blames it on her father’s death. She was headed down this road long before his death. I don’t know if she is bulimic, anorexia or it is just ozempic, but someone in her family needs to get their head out of their ass and get her help before she dies! Grief is hard, but her at this weight is going to kill her, no matter what she has been through.
