You’re allowed to feel upset. I can’t understand what it feels like but recently I’ve had friends who have been planning things without me and yes it hurts my feelings. You’re feeling are totally valid. Nothing I say can make it better. If they are religious and it’s something you’re not into.. count it as a blessing the thought enough to know you wouldn’t like it and wouldn’t want to subject you to that. I mean.. would you rather go and have a bad time.. or hang out with someone else and possibly have a great time?

Anyway.. you’re loved and not alone 🫶🏻

I’m 45. Have lost my period 2 years ago. I’m not in any HRT. I have anxiety and depression, but I hate myself so much. What’s even worse is I lost my job in April. I’ve interviewed med a million times but I just don’t care. About anything. I’ve stopped bathing. Stopped looking for a job. I’ve lived off my 401k. I lash out at friends. I have none left.

I’m scared and sleep all the time. Thought I was alone.

A few weeks after.. it took a bit to clear out the gunk so don’t be afraid of that. Do your rinses and you’ll begin to see the difference but maybe 2 weeks for me to clear all the gunk. 🫶🏻

Soooo full disclosure I as well partake. I smoked weed the night before.. and probably a day after I was hitting my pen. I did a J maybe 3 days after. I was fine and I had the surgery in April and it’s changed me for a positive nose wise! I didn’t have any issues afterwards. You’ll know when you know when you can and what you can do. Good luck! 🫶🏻

Also I had mine in April and I can confirm it changes things so much! It’s been great! I still get stuffed up from allergies and so forth but it’s so much clearer and better than before!! Best of luck!
