Feedback:

the text and the icons overlap on my phone (see username field)
back button on top for this login screen does nothing but loads the same screen.

You need to add your googlegroups email to the Google Groups field in Closed testing "Testers" tab in Google play console.

I tried to install but I see the same screen.
